If the product you've purchased is part of a recently updated or upgraded release, it may require manual delivery. In such cases, the updated files will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours, but typically within 1 hour.

All products sold on DGHut are digital downloads and therefore non-refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you experience any issues with your download or receive a corrupted or incorrect file, please contact us at support@dghut.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
